Caramelised onion and goats cheese tart, with pickled and crispy shallots (v)

 

Mains

Rosemary and garlic rack of lamb, celeriac puree, dauphinoise potatoes and red wine jus (gf*)

Red snapper, tiger prawns, mussel broth, crispy mussel with crushed new potatoes and samphire

Mediterranean vegetable gallate mozzarella bon bon, roasted red pepper sauce, Parmenter potatoes(v) (gf)   

 

Desserts

Chocolate and salted caramel tart with vanilla pod ice cream

 Chocoholic sharing dessert of chocolate and salted caramel tart, fresh cream filled profiteroles topped with rich chocolate sauce, baileys and Malteser sundae, chocolate ice cream and chocolate dipped strawberries (for 2 people)

Lemon possets with shortbread biscuits and chocolate dipped strawberries (gf*)

 

£30 per person for 3 courses and £22 per person for 2 courses
